Selahattin Kaya consults entrepreneurs, start-ups, growth companies, venture capital funds and private equity funds. He is actively working with a wide range of fast-growing technology, software, digital media, e-commerce, bigdata & AI, fintech and gaming companies.

Selahattin focuses on cross-border investments for private equity funds, venture capital funds, seed/angel financings; asset and share acquisitions; convertible debt financings and mergers and acquisitions.

He is a graduate of Istanbul University Faculty of Law (LLB, 2002) and The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania (MBA, 2007).
