Aslı Kurul Türkmen is the Managing Director of Endeavor Turkey and representative of Turkey of the Endeavor Catalyst Investor Fund. She previously worked as a Consultant at Hewitt Associates and as Organization Effectiveness Consultant at Watson Wyatt. Aslı also is a member of the Kauffman Fellows which aims to support investors and innovation leaders all around the world. Aslı has a double major bachelor’s degree in Learning and Organizational Change and Economics from Northwestern University and also she holds a master’s degree in Organizational Psychology and Consultation from Columbia University.
