Ferish Patel is the managing partner of the Singapore office of Cooley LLP – the world’s largest law firm for technology and life science companies. Ferish advises high-growth companies and investment funds on strategic decision-making, private financings of all stages, IPOs, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance matters. He has led some of the most complex transactions for venture capital-backed companies in India and Southeast Asia, including for Cred, Freshworks, Flipkart, GoJek, Meesho, PhonePe and Zilingo. He has practiced in New York, India, Hong Kong and Singapore, and has been based in Asia for ten years.
